The British boxer is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight-bout fight which will be broadcast live on the streaming platform.
Briton Joshua declared he will "stamp all over" the American and "defeat" the American as the combatants came face-to-face to publicize next month's boxing match.
Former twice unified title holder Joshua battles social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, theoretically, a mammoth uneven pairing - at Miami Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Fighter's Mindset
"I will injure his face and break his body up. I aim to demonstrate I'm the better fighter," the British boxer, 35 years old, declared.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's how fighters think.
"I intend to really want to hurt him. That's my goal."
Respectful Exchange
Despite such comments, a composed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - usually recognized for his showmanship - shared friendly words and maintained decorum with each other.
Paul rather targeted former Joshua rival Francis Ngannou and described him as "not serious" after the Cameroonian turned down a bout proposal.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, criticized UK opponent Fury - and declined a million-pound wager 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a Paul win.
"[Paul] is superior to Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua stated.
"I acknowledge that."
Legitimate Opponent
Despite declaring he will punish Paul, Anthony Joshua chose not to comment unfavorably about his rival's boxing ability.
"Jake is a serious fighter," he said.
Jake Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who first rose to fame on the Disney Channel - has primarily boxed mixed martial artists or past-their-prime fighters since becoming pro.
He lost to Briton Fury in 2023.
Commercial Attraction
Still, the novice remains one of the sport's greatest financial successes, frequently receiving substantial paydays.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28 year old predicted a knockout win in the fourth or fifth round and stated he would derail the highly-expected Joshua–Fury fight, which is apparently under discussion for 2026.
"It will be my match with Fury in the coming year," Paul declared.
Physical Disparity
As Joshua and Paul engaged in the traditional stare-down, with their height and weight contrast clearly visible, it highlighted just how unlikely this entire matchup is - and how amazing it is that the bout is really going ahead.
